JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Drive and Manage the IT initiatives.
- New ERP implementation (SAP)
- Planning tool
- BI/Reporting tool
- Various basis related initiatives such as new net work, IP phone, etc.
2. Establish and maintain IT governance which must be comply with SOX requirements and PVH governance process.
- Improvement on ITGC (general controls)
- Development of IT-DRP
3. Manage IT budget including new initiatives and cost of ownership.
4. Manage supporting companies/vendors by maintaining good relationship.
5. Support cross functional activities which requires project management skills.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Technical and educational requirements:
- 2-3+ years management experience at Multinational Company (experience in Apparel/Retail industry and the US listed company desirable) or Consulting firms
- Experience to develop IT governance including IT-DRP
- Strong project management skill and experiences of ERP implementation (at least few times)
- In depth knowledge of ERP (SAP R/3 and other modules with SAP desirable)
- Basic knowledge of IT network, Windows
- SAP certified consultant, CISA and/or MBA (desirable)
Personal skills:
- Written and oral English that must be practical to communicate with overseas counterparts (TOEIC 900 or more)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and team player skills
- Ability to work under the tight closing schedule
- English skill: Fluent, Japanese skill: Fluent
