JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for Daily operations/maintenance/improvement/troubleshooting of existing infrastructure. (system and network)
- Plan/prepare/coordinate/deploy new local or global system and related operations.
- Plan/implement local projects.
- Responsible for Co-operation/coordination/joint projects/conference calls with HQ counterparts and cluster IS counterparts.
- Responsible for In-house/event tent pole user support.
- Responsible for Local interdepartmental coordination/hearing.
- Resposible for Local tasks. (helpdesk, asset management, user requests, IT policy update, documentation)
- Responsible for Departmental cost/expense management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Technical and educational requirements:
1. 5+ year experience as a IT user helpdesk(1st and 2nd level support) and as an infrastructure administrator with experience in leading IT related projects of both actual technical operations and project management
2. hands-on experience in Cisco networking
3. Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in overall Windows server system/network architecture

4. VMware vSphere/ESX (3.5 and higher)
